Terms & Conditions

• If your class does not go ahead, you can transfer your class in the same term or we can provide you with a refund.

• Payments for booked classes cannot be refunded, transferred to another term or person for ANY reason, so please choose carefully

• If you miss a class during term, please ensure you CANCEL your missed class via Groovio. This will provide you with accurate makeup credits. Make up credits can then be used to book into another catch up class within the same term

• Catch up classes do not carryover to the next term, so they must be completed within the current term. We have allocated your position in class and cannot fill it If you change your mind so please choose carefully when enrolling into classes

• All memberships are a reoccurring membership with a minimum 12-week commitment period. To cancel, you must email the studio with 30 days' notice.

• If is your responsibility to attend all the classes you have committed to when enrolling. If you cannot make it to a catch-up lesson, you will forfeit your lesson.

• Revolution Aerial does not condone any type of bullying or harassment and reserves the right to terminate a students attendance if they are found engaging in a behaviour which sits outside its values.

• New students must sign a waiver before attending any classes

• Students must follow the Covid-19 procedures in accordance with NSW Health regulations to be able to attend class.

• You agree to all these terms and conditions upon enrolling into classes
